Payroll Specialist
Sales Tax Specialist
Bookkeeper
Tax Preparer
Familiarity with sales tax reporting
Bookkeeping & Reconciling Bank accounts
Process payroll for multiple clients on weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, or monthly schedules
Enter and review employee hours, deductions, commissions, bonuses, and adjustments
Set up new employees, terminations, garnishments, and benefit deductions
Maintain and update client payroll records
Reconcile payroll reports and resolve issues or discrepancies
Communicate with clients regarding payroll updates, changes, or questions
Prepare payroll reports and assist with year-end tasks (W-2s, 1099s, etc.)
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws
Support the team with additional administrative or compliance-related tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Bilingual English / Spanish
1+ year of payroll processing experience (only for Payroll position)
Experience with payroll software QuickBooks Payroll
Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
Excellent communication and customer-service skills
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
Confidentiality and professionalism are a must
