Staff Accountant:
- Min. Associate degree in Accounting
- Ability to learn new software programs efficiently
- Experience in QuickBooks (plus)
- Accurate and timely data entry of financial records and transactions
- Follows client checklists to perform daily, weekly, and monthly accounting tasks
- Personable and professional customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A flexible, positive attitude
- Perform filing, office record keeping, and copying
Office Assistant:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A flexible, positive attitude
- Perform filing, office record keeping, and copying
- Perform data entry accurately
- Ability to follow given directions and respond accordingly
- Be able to type 25+ w.p.m.
