Office Assistant
Looking for someone to join our team!
This is a smaller office with a great environment. We may be able to accommodate flexible schedule's.
Responsibilities would include… (experience is preferred but not mandatory)
- Assist with A/R and A/P
- Service Billing
- Assist with Payroll
- Track and Maintain Employee Certifications
- Order and Maintain Office Supplies
- Filing
- Data Entry
- Answer Phones as necessary
Self-motivated is going to be important in this position. There is a full time office manager that is available to train and answer all questions that come up.
This is a full time M-F position. Pay is dependent on experience.
