Starwest Botanicals, Inc., a major importer, processor, and supplier of botanical products, has a full-time opening in its Customer Service Department for an upbeat, positive, team player with excellent computer and people skills. Duties include reviewing and responding to customer requests related to orders and account setup, processing of new customer accounts, detailed data entry and verification of the customer database, and front desk coverage. This role is primarily responsible for taking sales and customer service calls and assisting the customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Taking sales calls, answering customer questions, placing orders, tracking orders and distribution of requested product documentation.
Responding professionally to customer email requests, questions and issues, using proper grammar, punctuation, empathy, and language usage.
Capture all relevant customer information with high level of accuracy. (ex: customer profiles, coupon codes, campaign information, email addresses, etc.)
Document customer service issues and report trends to management.
Reports trends in operation to management.
Assist with front desk and reception as needed.
Assist customers with use of company website(s).
Complete all other miscellaneous duties as assigned (i.e. product pricing/info spreadsheets, etc.)
High School diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
Must have good written and verbal communications skills in English. Spanish a plus.
Must be able to work in a team environment
Must demonstrate excellent attention to detail
Strong PC skills to include MS Word and Excel.
Data entry experience
This is a Temp to Hire position.
