Role Summary: The Customer Service Representative will report to the Customer Service Manager. The individual will serve as a liaison between customers, associates, and staff at Easy Lift Door Co. A successful candidate is a fast learner, meticulous, dependable, and adaptable with strong written & verbal communications skills. A positive and team-player attitude is required. The applicant must be comfortable and confident speaking on the phone.
Key Requirements:
High School Degree or equivalent

-Be a team player communicates and operates well with other staff and management
-Must be able to use a computer, possess email etiquette and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
Job Responsibilities:
-Answering phones
-Answering/ Sending emails
-Scheduling work orders
-Creating Invoice’s and looking for PO’s
-Collecting payments
-Handling complaint’s and providing the appropriate solution
-Handling mini project’s (section spreadsheets, COD list)
