We are seeking individuals with excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping people to join our growing team. This is a 100% remote position offering consistent training and support.
What You'll Do:
-Call union members to set up Zoom appointments.
-Serve as the first point of contact for union members nationwide, primarily via phone and Zoom, to deliver
supplemental benefits packages on behalf of their union, answer any questions, and enroll them in qualifying
programs.
-Complete electronic applications.
-Maintain a consistent full-time schedule.
-Participate in training sessions and team check-ins.
Qualifications:
-Knowledge of union benefits is a plus.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Problem-solving skills and a commitment to member advocacy.
-Proficiency in computer applications, including Zoom.
