California Property & Casualty Insurance Licensed Customer Service Representative
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly Customer Service. Customer Service can include inquiries regarding insurance quotes, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
QUALIFICATIONS:
California P&C License (required).
State Farm Insurance experience (preferred).
Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
Detailed oriented.
Friendly and enthusiastic.

Hourly pay – depending on experience.

WORK SCHEDULE:
In-office work. This can be a full or part-time position between 24 - 36 hours per week (with flexibility). No overtime required, no weekend or evening work.
