Description Robert Half Contracts Finance and Accounting division is seeking a Accounting Administrator to join a construction company in Sacramento! This company is looking for their next long-term employee!The ideal candidate would have a experience with Payroll, AP and Accounting Cycle. Duties would include:RESPONSIBILITIESCollect, analyze and enter payroll and accounts payable information for time and material billings to clientsEnter daily extra work tags to excel pricing templates and reconcile to SAP system data Review and audit data for accuracy and coordinate with project teams if changes are neededMaintain accurate and up to date project files on SharePoint Attend weekly project meetings virtually Assist construction projects as needed QUALIFICATIONSPrior experience in the construction industry preferred Knowledge of payroll and accounts payable processes including, time entry, payroll reconciliation, account payable transactions, PO maintenance, invoice reconciliation.Ability to understand and follow process and controls. Ability to develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish assigned work.Working knowledge of computers and experience in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word. Excel experience should include pivot tables, Vlookup, and formulas. SAP experience or similar ERP system is preferred.
