Job Description: Please note: Heavy AP, with very light AR overseeing 2 employees Manage AP/AR department operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and timely processing of invoices, payments, and revenue collection. Process supplier and customer invoices using Workday software, handling various transactions including cash, checks, wires, and credit cards. Maintain cash vault, manage per diem payments, and oversee monthly closing and reconciliation of accounts. Develop and implement process improvements for AP/AR efficiency in collaboration with other departments. Supervise department activities such as mail coordination and monitor AP/AR emails. Provide leadership to the team, setting goals, monitoring performance, and facilitating professional development.
