Serve as liaison between District, Area, and Resident Offices, keeping abreast of personnel requirements and providing HR and training information to employees. Serves as timekeeper, Office Training Coordinator, and temporary duty travel coordinator processing related travel orders and vouchers. Serve as alternate hand receipt holder for assigned office property maintaining documentation and conducing annual property inventories.
