Business Process Improvement/Reengineering Specialist
Looking for hands-on seasoned Business Process Improvement/Reengineering Specialist to Modernize business processes reliant on aging technology. Strong "team player" that can work in a fast-paced project environment. Candidate must be experienced in designing business and system processes with a proven ability to:

Mandatory skills
  • Increase business efficiency by identifying opportunities for improvements, use data driven approach to quantify efficiency improvements.
  • Think critically about issues, to find “innovative” solutions in limited time frames
  • Exceptional analytical and data analysis skills with strong attention to detail required
  • Lead facilitation of “As-Is” process discovery sessions with large cross functional teams.
  • Document current state “As-Is” models using BPMN 2.0 standards and practices within BPM tool.
  • Design “To-Be” business processes applying Business Process Redesign concepts; Lean concepts to improve quality, reduce cost and cycle times.
  • Generate “out-of-box” innovative solutions utilizing technology levers to digitize and modernize processes.
  • Define and document end of improvement cycle reports to summarize findings, data analysis, opportunities, performance evaluation metrics and cost benefit analysis of proposed solution.
  • Prepare and facilitate presentations for executive leadership addressing areas for improvement, redundancies, inefficiencies and inconsistencies;
  • Obtain necessary approvals from leadership on approved business process changes. Draft roll-out and implementation plan (Road Map) to gain necessary approvals.

Education: Masters/Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Green Belt or Black Belt Six Sigma Certified from accreditable institute.
