Design, deploy, and manage AI/ML infrastructure on Hyper Converged Infrastructure (HCI) platforms.
Configure and optimize container orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes) for deploying and managing inference services.
Collaborate with AI/ML scientists and developers to understand model requirements and translate them into infrastructure configurations.
Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure performance to ensure optimal resource utilization and service availability.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML infrastructure technologies, including HCI and containerization.
Participate in performance optimization activities to ensure efficient inference service execution.
Document infrastructure configurations and processes for maintainability and knowledge sharing.
What You Will Bring
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in designing and implementing infrastructure for machine learning workloads.
Experience working with Hyper Converged Infrastructure (HCI) platforms is a plus
Strong understanding of container orchestration technologies like Kubernetes.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible.
Familiarity with Linux administration and scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python).
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

How We Work
We mainly work remotely but travel to customer locations anywhere from 10% to 30% of the time. Our working time zones vary based on our customers.
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD 156,080 and USD 311,280 per year.However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
