Organization:SHSO-Sutter Health System Office-ValleyPosition Overview:Conducts telephonic clinical assessments, establishes treatment plan based on individual needs and readiness, and/or triages for mental and/or behavioral health services. Provides crisis counseling and suicide intervention. Provides management consultation on workplace issues. Facilitates workshops and training for customers and internal staff. May be assigned to work after-hours and on weekend to ensure appropriate staff coverage.Job Description :The candidate selected for this role must live a commutable distance from Sacramento and come on site one day a week. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled.
