Analyze medical, financial, and other claim documents.

You have
REQUIRED 3+ years of Individual Disability Claims experience.
Bachelor's degree – preferred.
Demonstrated understanding of claim management techniques and critical thinking requiring analysis and/or investigation.
Experience providing best in class customer service.
Attention to detail with demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated experience prioritizing competing priorities with deadlines.
Experience negotiating settlement of claim with negotiating strategies and utilizing resources within authority limits.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
LocationThis position offers the opportunity to work remotely. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate.
