2 + years of Experience with Pega or similar Case Management Systems software implementations

Must be able to assess:
Technical Architecture documents
System performance monitoring
Network/hardware and infrastructure plans and requirements, able to verify these plans will meet the contractual requirements, and to make recommendations on what can be improved, would be potentially limiting, or seems in alignment with the goals and objectives
Security management plans
Data security plans
All plans covering the project lifecycle technical requirements
Technology and Software Application plans and code
