Mandatory Qualifications:
1. At least seven (7) years of experience within the last ten (10) years working as a Test Analyst with large organizations, leading or participating in the technical implementation of software/systems/applications automating complex business processes. The total combined minimum of seven (7) years must include at least one (1) or more years’ experience in each of the following:
a. Assessment of scope and tasks pertaining to software testing.
b. Planning software testing tasks.
c. Mapping of various business, user, and system requirements to test cases.
d. Leading and/or working within cross-functional teams that include business subject matter experts, application architects, developers, and testers.
e. Demonstrable experience in preparing test plans, test cases, documenting and reviewing test results.
f. Demonstrable experience with regression testing and adjusting test plans for periodic maintenance releases.
2. At least seven (7) years of experience within the last ten (10) years performing testing activities within large organizations, leading or participating in the technical implementation of software/systems/applications automating complex business processes. The total combined minimum of seven (7) years must include at least one (1) or more years’ experience in the performance of each of the following types of testing: (Client may request deliverable related work samples during the Interview phase):
a. System Testing
b. Interface Testing
c. Conversion Testing
d. Parallel Testing
e. Performance Testing
f. User Acceptance Testing
3. At least three (3) years of experience within the last ten (10) years performing testing of legacy mainframe applications and participating in data validation activities (writing SQL queries to validate data between source and target) between existing legacy systems and the new system being implemented.
