Submit bills to insurance organizations and patients
Assure quality and consistency of data by partnering with other operational teams
Focus on specific patient accounts regarding matters of billing and reimbursement Requirements - Previous experience working with a practice management software system preferred
Strong Microsoft Office skills
High school diploma or equivalent required
Knowledge of medical claims
Claim Denials experience preferred
Comprehensive knowledge of medical billing
Well-founded grasp of Medicare Billing
Proven knowledge of HMO PPO
Insurance Denials experience highly desired
Deep understanding of Submit Claim
Prefer 2 years experience in medical billing or within the revenue cycle
Ability to enter data into various electronic systems while maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the data
Deep knowledge of explanation of benefits (EOBs)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and listening)
