Part-Time Household & Personal Assistant
Pay Rate: 25.00 per hour to start, up to 30.00 per hour after 90-day probationary period
We are seeking an efficient, reliable, organized individual to assist with daily household tasks and errands for approximately 20 hours per week. This is a legitimate part-time position, paid via direct deposit, with all labor laws and regulations observed. Our home environment is courteous and respectful, and we offer a veterans preference.

Core Responsibilities
1. Daily Household Cleaning
- Assist with tidying common areas, dishes, cat boxes, garbage and laundry
- Check in on senior relatives (brief visits daily)
- Refill and clean bird feeders weekly
2. Daily Mail and Bills
- Pick up mail from two locations (house, local mailbox/UPS)
- Sort and file important documents
- Pay simple bills; escalate complex issues as needed
3. Daily Errands and Appointments
- Handle grocery runs, donations, and shopping returns
- Schedule car maintenance and clean vehicles routinely
- Help fuel cars and keep them in ready-to-go condition
4. Project and Task Coordination
- Organize home-office and household paperwork (e.g., filing)
- Handle simple pet-related tasks (e.g., vet appointments)
- Complete other small projects as directed

This is a guideline schedule and can be flexible depending on your needs.

- Background Check: Mandatory
