Join us.Job DescriptionAECOM is seeking an Administrator/Administrative Assistant III to be based in Sacramento, CA.JOB SUMMARY:This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a Team environment. The role requires the person to be detail-oriented, possess solid technical computer and writing skills, and be able to communicate and represent information to Team members. An ideal candidate will be adaptable to change as additional responsibilities may be assigned.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Creates and maintains presentations, correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and other necessary documents in response to and in anticipation of needs.

Track and process expense reports for reimbursement and follow up as needed.

Schedule meetings, draft agendas, prepare meeting minutes and notes.

Coordinates travel arrangements.

Perform other related projects and duties as assigned

QualificationsMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

HS + 6 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong experience working in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Experience composing and preparing correspondence and reports

Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills, and experience

Experience managing multiple and changing demands, details, and deadlines

Offered rate of compensation (California locations only) will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The hourly range for this position is $25 - $38/hr
