Personal assistant needed for owner of plumbing company. Must be flexible and willing to travel all over Northern California.
I am looking for someone who is super flexible.
Duties Include:
- Driving from job to job - Must have valid CA DL.
- Answering E Mails that come in daily for scheduling, service calls, new job opportunities, emergencies, etc.
- Helping load/unload plumbing materials at job sites.
- Answering phone to screen incoming calls.
- Pick ups from Airport to hotel.
- Daily phone calls to superintendents to discuss scheduling.
- Communicating with office daily.
This job is not for everyone. We have jobs from Sacramento to the Bay Area and everything in between. A lot of driving around from job to job with the owner helping with various tasks. No set schedule daily. Things always change. If you are looking to get into the construction business at entry level this is a good opportunity to learn as you go. Sometimes we are in San Jose, sometimes we are in Sacramento. This is a jack of all trades job. Call me if you have any questions.
