ApplyRef#: 32081Job Schedule: Full-TimeJob Location: Sacramento, CA, USDescription:JOB SUMMARY: The Regional Controller oversees and manages all financial and accounting responsibilities for multiple radio stations/markets within a specified region. Position reports to the Corporate VP of Finance with a dotted line relationship with the local Market Manager. Also manages a team of Business Administrators working at multiple Entercom locations, who are responsible for site Human Resources, Payroll and Office Management responsibility. Actively manages and coaches team to ensure all responsibilities are met at each location.Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

? Provide business planning and analysis of monthly results.

? Assemble annual budget.

? Prepare monthly forecasting and financial analysis.

? Oversee weekly Pacing forecasts.

? Work closely with senior managers and department heads to resolve issues with BPP (Business Process Partner).

? Manages Business Administrators at assigned locations.

Qualifications:Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting with a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience. CPA and/or MBA preferred.Training/Equipment: Must have an understanding and familiarity with financial reporting, analysis, accounting, sales, traffic and payroll (UltiPro) systems. Strong MS Office skills including Word, Advanced Excel, and PowerPoint are required.Work Environment/Physical Requirements: High stress office environment with deadline pressures. Position will require day-to-day multi-tasking, and well as managing multiple projects simultaneously with frequent change in direction and priority.
