Mandatory Qualifications: MQ #1 – The Lead QA Engineer shall have a minimum of five (5) years’ experience as a lead QA engineer for two (2) or more large enterprise IT projects. The projects must have been in a multi-cloud platform environment that used an iterative methodology. MQ #2 – The Lead QA Engineer shall have a minimum of four (4) years’ experience on a large enterprise IT project(s) as a lead QA engineer using a CRM platform. MQ #3 – The Lead QA Engineer shall have a minimum of three (3) years’ experience on a large enterprise IT project(s) as a lead QA engineer responsible for testing data services, such as data extracts, metrics, reports, dashboards, alerts, and Application Programming Interfaces (APIs). MQ #4 – The Lead QA Engineer shall have a minimum of four (4) years’ experience on a large enterprise IT project(s) as a lead QA engineer using dynamic, code driven infrastructure, including auto-scaling and container orchestration, and managing a multi-cloud platform environment. MQ #5 – The Lead QA Engineer shall have a minimum of four (4) years’ experience on a large enterprise IT project(s) as a lead QA engineer performing software, data, and configuration validation for online and mission critical applications (i.e., those that are supported 24x7) while managing the following: a. Coordinating, validating, developing, and maintaining testing lifecycles (e.g., functional, negative/positive testing, performance, stress, regression, end-to-end) for stakeholders with various user profiles through sprint cycles utilizing an iterative methodology; b. Developing a repository of user stories, test cases, and detailed test scripts with expected test results for validation of sprint cycles through completion; c. Documenting test results and identifying and documenting defects in an enterprise test management tool; d. Developing test reports, which includes status, test metrics, and any testing concerns, risks, and/or issues; and e. Validating compatibility with various Internet browsers (e.g., Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome), as well as mediums (e.g., mobile phone, tablet, pads). MQ #6 – The Lead QA Engineer shall have a minimum of four (4) years’ experience on a large enterprise IT project(s) as a lead QA engineer performing a minimum of four (4) of the following: a. Defining testing strategies to ensure the product being released meets industry and project standards; b. Developing and maintaining test plans, including individual testing phases, and ensuring the team meets the deadlines set forth in those plans; c. Evaluating the team throughout the life of the project to identify areas where improvement can be made; d. Analyzing and baselining configurable items in a multi-cloud and CRM platform environments; or e. Monitoring and fine-tuning performance of the validation by reviewing performance and system logs and resolving issues. MQ #7 – The Lead QA Engineer shall have a minimum of three (3) years’ experience on a large enterprise IT project(s) leading testing efforts with automated and manual solutions with two (2) or more groups of stakeholders/customers. MQ #8 – The Lead QA Engineer shall have a minimum of three (3) years’ experience on a large enterprise IT project(s) using testing tools such as Selenium and Test Management for Jira (TM4J), which shall have included creating and executing a framework used to run the automated and manual testing. MQ #9 – The Lead QA Engineer shall have a minimum of three (3) years’ experience on a large enterprise IT project(s) documenting QA artifacts (test plans, scenarios, cases, results, and reports) using an agile project management tool. MQ #10 – The Lead QA Engineer shall have a computer science, engineering, or technology-related baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university, or a minimum of four (4) years of commensurate FTE experience as a QA engineer on a large enterprise IT project(s).
