Description AFE management Assist in timely and accurate completion of month end closing Manages all AP invoices through Concur and routes for approval Assists with internal and external audits Manages AR invoices and cash receipts in a timely manner Maintains AP vendor ledger Prepare and record various journal entries, primarily related to Accounts Receivable, and other month end duties as assigned Reconcile and maintain assigned general ledger accounts during month end closing Assist in GL reconciliation and 1099 at year end closing Verify the accuracy and completeness of payments during the weekly Accounts Payable run. Confirm the check run and run the payee positive pay file for bank upload/entry.
