OverviewMercy Medical Group (MMG), a multi-specialty group in the Sacramento region, is looking to add a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to our busy Urgent Care Department at our Midtown Clinic in Sacramento, CA.Highlights Include:

Urgent Care Team of 4 physicians and 2 APPs

Staffed with RNs, occ. LVN, and MA's

Full-time opportunity - 165 shifts per year

Midtown Urgent Care offers many services to our patients and community. We evaluate, treat, and stabilize non-life-threatening conditions then refer the patient back to the treating physician.Clinic Hours:Monday-Friday: 7AM to 7 PMWeekends and Holidays: 8 AM to 4 PMCompensation Range: $138,000 - $170,000 / YearCandidates must have at least 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.Mercy Medical Group (MMG) is a dynamic, growing organization with a long-standing history of providing exceptional medical care in the Sacramento area. Conduct comprehensive health assessments.

Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.

Order and interpret diagnostic tests.

Treatment Planning and Management:

Develop and implement patient care plans.

Prescribe medications and therapies.

Provide health promotion and disease prevention education.

Collaboration and Consultation:

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals.

Consult with physicians and specialists as needed.

Coordinate patient care across various settings.

Qualifications

Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.

A valid and unrestricted license to practice in the State of California

Nationally recognized certification (as determined by Medicare)

Completion of state mandated educational courses
