-Small cafe inside health club (200sq. ft)
- Decent foot traffic: about 30 people per hour walking by storefront
- Higher end clientele, families with kids
- Beer and wine license
- Commercial juicer
- Catering, supper club opportunities
- 3-4 part time staff
Not looking for initial investment from this co-owner, rather your chef skills and sweat equity will afford you a percentage of the business. I have a vision, but am very open to your ideas and suggestions.
