Job Summary:
We are excited to announce the opening of our new Station 16 location in Elk Grove and are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic General Manager to lead our team. Station 16 is known for its dynamic atmosphere, serving as a lively brunch spot by day and transforming into a vibrant dining and entertainment destination by night. As the General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional service standards, driving profitability, and establishing this new location as a central hub for the community.

As General Manager, you will be key in bringing this vision to life and ensuring our restaurant becomes a landmark destination.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of daily operations, ensuring seamless integration between front-of-house and kitchen operations to deliver a high-quality dining experience.
- Recruit, train, and lead a team of dedicated staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages growth, teamwork, and exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate with kitchen management to maintain high standards of food quality, service speed, and overall guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, optimize profitability, and increase guest traffic, particularly during special events and peak times.
- Manage reservations, seating, and event bookings to ensure every guest feels welcomed and valued.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism, ensuring timely resolution of any issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment in both front-of-house and kitchen areas.
- Promote, plan, and manage live music events, private parties, and community gatherings to create a vibrant and engaging atmosphere.
Experience and Skills Required:
- Proven experience as a General Manager, Front of House Manager, or similar managerial role in a restaurant, hospitality, or event setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Experience in managing events, live entertainment, and a busy dining environment.
- Ability to make quick, effective decisions and solve problems proactively.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $72,000 - $78,000 per year, with opportunities for professional growth and development within our restaurant group.
