Applicants Must:
Be 21 years of age
Have valid CA Driver’s License with Clean Driving Record
Maintain Valid CA Vehicle Registration
Have Valid California Vehicle Insurance Coverage FOR Delivery Drivers and name Uptown Logistics as
“additionally insured” on the policy.
