Restaurant Manager - Denny's

We are looking to hire Restaurant Managers with at least 1 year of experience. Positions require solid leadership and management skills to direct employees and the ability to provide consistent guest service.

Must be self directed and able to perform at a high level in a fast paced environment. Expected to follow directives/standards without deviation, follow our operating system and have solid personal organization skills. A personal commitment to guest satisfaction is a must.

Required to be Food Safety certified and have a working understanding of EEOC, Labor, Wage/Hour, ADA and Work Comp. laws.

Required flexibility to work any combination of days, shifts and/or hours, if required. Base workweek is 5 days / 50-55 hours minimum (subject to change depending on business needs). Denny's Restaurants are open 24/7/365 including all holidays.
