The Restaurnt Manager needs to possess strong leadership skills, service oriented mind set, and a working understanding of front of the house operations. The Restaurant Manager interacts with the team and the guest to ensure a positive experience for all.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Working knowledge of the restaurant operations
Minimum 2 years of management experience
Must be able to work 40-45 hours per week
Flexible scheduling, holidays included
Ensure guest satisfaction
Ability to make informed decisions and problem solve
Supervise all service aspects in the Front of House
Maintain a professional manner during high volume
Knowledge and understanding of balancing cash drawers
Staff Scheduling
Ordering
Communication with guest, staff, management, and supervision in a professional manner.
