RESTAURANT MANAGER - FRANK FAT'S

The Fat Family Restaurant Group has been in the Sacramento area for over 85 years. We offer our guests great food, beverages and service. The Fat Family prides itself on putting the guest first and understands that it it the team who makes that possible for our guest.

The Restaurnt Manager needs to possess strong leadership skills, service oriented mind set, and a working understanding of front of the house operations. The Restaurant Manager interacts with the team and the guest to ensure a positive experience for all.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Working knowledge of the restaurant operations

Minimum 2 years of management experience

Must be able to work 40-45 hours per week

Flexible scheduling, holidays included

Ensure guest satisfaction

Ability to make informed decisions and problem solve

Supervise all service aspects in the Front of House

Maintain a professional manner during high volume

Knowledge and understanding of balancing cash drawers

Staff Scheduling

Ordering

Communication with guest, staff, management, and supervision in a professional manner.

Great organizational skills
