Sous Chef will primarily be based out of our Midtown location, responsible to coordinate Commissary, endure kitchen quality for 5 locations, provide shift and break relief as needed.
Hands on, management and supervisorial experience required- weekend availability is critical. Off days would likely be mid-week
Shift hours are flexible.
