Job Overview

As the Store Manager of our restaurant, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations to ensure the highest levels of guest satisfaction, team performance, and business success. You will provide strategic leadership, manage budgets, maintain operational excellence, and foster a culture of professionalism and hospitality. Your expertise in restaurant management and ability to lead by example will ensure our restaurant remains a thriving and respected dining destination.

Duties

Oversee and manage all daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house functions.

Lead, train, and develop staff to uphold company standards, policies, and performance expectations.

Manage and reconcile financial operations, including cash handling, POS systems (Aloha, Micros, or equivalent), and sales tracking.

Maintain inventory accuracy through ordering, stock monitoring, and cost-control practices.

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food handling regulations.

Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing guest concerns and ensuring a positive dining experience.

Oversee labor management, including hiring, scheduling, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.

Collaborate with culinary and service teams to maintain consistency in food quality, presentation, and hospitality.

Prepare and manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and implement strategies to optimize profitability.

Drive marketing and community engagement efforts to increase brand awareness and guest traffic.

Foster a professional, team-oriented environment built on accountability, respect, and continuous improvement.

Skills

Proven experience as a Store Manager or senior restaurant manager in a high-volume restaurant, fine dining, or hospitality setting.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and hold teams accountable.

Solid knowledge of financial management, including budgeting, P&L analysis, and cost control.

Proficiency with restaurant POS systems (Aloha, Micros, or similar) and reporting tools.

Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills with a guest-first mindset.

Strong understanding of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and compliance requirements.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Exceptional communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

Experience in catering, bar operations, event planning, or banquet services is a plus.

Background in hospitality management or culinary training preferred.
