THE POSITION: We are offering part time, full time and weekend work as team leaders on our home caregiving teams.
WHAT DOES A CAREGIVING TEAM LEADER DO? A caregiving team leader is a student & professional who has done any of the following kind of jobs.
Worked as a caregiver in home care or a care home
Worked as an RNA in a nursing home
Worked in assisted living as a resident care assistant
Worked in a hospital as PCA or C.N.A
Worked in a doctor’s office or medical setting in one capacity or the other.
THE JOB DESCRIPTION OF A CAREGIVING TEAM LEAD:
Serving as the team leader in the clean and beautiful homes of our clients.
Hands-on care onboarding the new clients while helping new team members learn the ropes
Serving as the lead customer service person for the client’s team
Supporting the operations department of the agency
Serving as the after -hours coordinator of the agency one week out of the month.
