Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Travel Physical Therapist to join our team. Our therapists travel to patients’ homes, offering: Comprehensive evaluations and personalized treatment plans, Postoperative rehabilitation, Pain management, Mobility improvement and others.
As a Travel Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping patients recover from injuries, illnesses, or surgeries by developing personalized treatment plans and providing hands-on therapy.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Conduct assessments to evaluate patients' physical conditions and needs.
Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique goals.
Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques to improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities.
Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and self-care techniques.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
This role requires travel to various locations, candidates must have their own method of transportation.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong physiology knowledge to design effective treatment plans.
- Familiarity with trigger point therapy for pain management.
- Ability to work effectively in both clinic and hospital environments.
Education & Experience
- Proficient in-patient care with a focus on geriatrics and hospital medicine.
- Experience in inpatient and outpatient settings, particularly in orthopedics.
This position requires a valid Physical Therapy license for CA and CPR certification.
Must have a reliable method of transportation and be willing to travel as needed.
