Responsibilities:
Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals for our cherished 59-year-old, who is bedbound.
Offer companionship and emotional support, creating a warm and comforting environment.
Aid in mobility using an electric wheelchair and assist with transfers using a hoyer lift when necessary.
Administer medications and coordinate medical appointments to ensure optimal care.
Maintain a safe and nurturing living space for our loved one.
Requirements:
Prior experience in caregiving or related fields is preferred.
Possess a compassionate and patient demeanor, fostering a trusting relationship.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with both the patient and their family members.
Reliable transportation for commuting to our Elk Grove location.
Background check and references may be requested.
Being a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is a definite advantage.
