The Human Resource department is seeking an energetic, go-getter, get the job done person in an amazing work environment.
Job Description:
- Retrieving calls
- Pre-screening calls
- Maintaining "data sheet" of week activities
- Schedule interviews
- Hire candidates
- Process backgrounds
- Copying hiring packets
- Inputting hire packets in to Kronos program
- Filing
Qualification: MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH & SPANISH
- Previous HR experience
- Ability to verify legitimate documents to work in the US
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent organization skills
- Excellent work ethics
- Computer experience
- Able to use calculator
- Works well in a fast pace environment
- Strong skills in multi-tasking
