Civil Litigation Legal Secretary

Plante Huguenin Lebovic Kahn LLP, a business and civil litigation law firm servicing California, Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, Texas, Washington, and Washington DC, is looking to hire a full-time Civil Litigation Legal Secretary with a minimum of 5 years’ experience for its Roseville-based Northern California office.

The ideal candidate will have trial experience, excellent computer skills, with specific knowledge in Word, Outlook, Excel, Law Toolbox, and Westlaw Doc and Form Builder. They should be knowledgeable of various court rules, e-filing procedures, be able to multi-task, and accurately track and calendar deadlines. They must possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

The position requires a candidate that is professional, organized, computer literate, able to prioritize tasks, and is extremely detailed-oriented.

Plante Huguenin Lebovic Kahn LLP offers a competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $90,000, depending upon experience, in a friendly/casual work environment. Interested candidates should submit a cover letter and resume to Diane Tofft, Director of Administration.
