Family Law Firm in Rocklin seeks Associate Attorney or Law Clerk with family law experience preferred and/or a desire to practice family law. Full or part time avalible. Our firm service multiple counties, with our primary office being in Rocklin, CA. Individual must be willing to travel to different counties for in-person court appearances from time to time. Individual must be detail oriented and proficient in drafting Pleadings, Discovery, Discovery Responses, Correspondences, Calendaring and making court appearances. Prefered but not required, knowledge of Word Perfect, Amicus, Legal Solutions and Westlaw and/or Lexis Nexis. Please send cover letter and resume.
