DSR Health Law, an 11-attorney firm in downtown Sacramento, is seeking an experienced litigation paralegal. The ideal candidate must be able to multi-task, enjoy working as part of a team, and demonstrate a commitment to client service. The litigation paralegal will be expected to carry out the following job duties and responsibilities:
Demonstrate effectiveness at obtaining and managing client documents, including electronic data, and determining potential existence of documents that may be relevant to each case.
Organize, summarize, and analyze factual data collected.
Organize documents and coordinate document productions including bates-stamping, redaction, duplication and indexing of documents.
Collaborate with E-Discovery Team to set up document databases for review of voluminous documents/emails.
Assist in preparation for arbitration/trial including organizing exhibits, files and all other supporting documents, coordinate set-up and logistics.
Conduct online research and able to utilize the firm’s electronic resources efficiently and effectively.
Able to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them under time constraints with minimal supervision and exceptional attention to detail.
Possess strong analytical and technological skills.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Professional.

The firm offers highly competitive compensation commensurate to experience, as well as a variety of benefits including but not limited to reasonable billable hours, medical insurance, 401k, paid parking, and many other workplace perks. The hourly rate range for this position is $36.00 - $50.00. The actual salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience. A hybrid schedule may be available after 90 days of employment.
