Part Time Family and Criminal Law Contract Attorney
The Tabo Law Firm seeks a part time family law contract attorney. At least 1-4 years of Family Law experience is preferred. If you have experience in DUI defense, that's a bonus. You must be actively licensed by the California State Bar.
The contract attorney’s responsibilities will include drafting and reviewing declarations and pleadings, reviewing discovery, conducting legal research, drafting correspondence, and making appearances in court.
We practice in the greater Sacramento area with an office in Sacramento. This position can be fully remote, but special consideration is given to applicants who can appear in person at hearings in the Sacramento, Yolo County, Placer County, or El Dorado County area.
