About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated marketing professional to enhance our online presence, rebuild and manage our website, optimize SEO, and oversee digital advertising campaigns. This role is crucial in driving brand awareness and generating leads through effective marketing strategies. While the primary responsibilities are outlined below, additional marketing initiatives may be assigned as needed to support overall business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Website Development & Management – Design, develop, and maintain a fully functional WordPress website, including routine full-site revamps.
Website Functionality & Plugins – Manage and update WordPress plugins such as live chat, contact forms, analytics, and other marketing tools to enhance website functionality.
SEO Optimization – Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
Stay Up-to-Date on Digital Trends – Continuously research and apply the latest SEO, digital marketing trends, and search engine guidelines to keep our online presence competitive.
Content Creation & Management – Develop, edit, and publish engaging content for the website, blogs, and marketing materials.
Paid Digital Advertising – Set up, monitor, and optimize Google Ads and social media advertising for lead generation.
Analytics & Reporting – Track website and ad performance, providing insights to improve marketing strategies.
Brand & Social Media Management – Ensure brand consistency and collaborate on social media marketing efforts.
Additional Marketing Efforts – Perform other marketing-related duties as needed to align with business goals and market demands.
Qualifications:
Proven experience building and managing WordPress websites from scratch.
Strong knowledge of WordPress plugins, including chatbox, contact forms, and SEO tools.
Expertise in SEO best practices, including Google algorithm updates.
Ability to research and apply the latest digital marketing trends and search engine guidelines.
Experience with Google Ads, PPC campaigns, and social media advertising.
Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.).
Strong writing skills and ability to create compelling content.
Self-motivated with excellent project management skills.
