We are a well-established manufacturing company in Rocklin seeking a strategic, hands-on Marketing Lead to elevate and modernize our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate combines creativity with data-driven decision making and is comfortable managing internal initiatives as well as outsourced projects.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
Manage digital campaigns across SEO, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), X (formerly Twitter).
Leverage AI tools for content creation, customer segmentation, and campaign optimization.
Create compelling content including press releases, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
Maintain brand consistency across all channels and customer touchpoints.
Analyze marketing data (Google Analytics, social metrics, etc.) and provide regular performance reports with recommendations.
Update and manage the corporate website, with support from contractors as needed.
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and leadership to align marketing with business objectives.
Oversee marketing budgets and ensure ROI from all initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
3+ years of proven marketing experience, ideally in a B2B or manufacturing environment.
Proficient in digital marketing tools including Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, and social media platforms.
Strong skills in:
- Design and creative tools such as Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, Canva, Figma
- Digital marketing and ad platforms such as: Google ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ads
- Analytics and SEO tools such as: Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console
- AI & content tools such as: ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva, Descript
- The Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel. Outlook, PowerPoint)
Excellent project management, communication, and copywriting skills.
