Overview:
Interfaces with homebuyer and trade partners to perform final orientations and diagnose, schedule and complete warranty service work
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and rapid manner
- Provide information about products and services to customers
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or concerns with patience and empathy
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Maintain customer records by updating account information
- Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent and quality customer service
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals
Experience
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse customers
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
