The company is seeking a highly organized and detailed-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team in daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills and excellent phone etiquette and QuickBooks experience. the role is essential for ensuring smooth office operations and providing exceptional support to both staff and clients.
Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls and respond to the inquires with professionalism and courtesy.
Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring all documentation is up to date.
Assist with clerical duties as instructed.
Operate office equipment and checking supplies.
Requirements:
Proven experience customer service and administrative assistant.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
QuickBooks experience is a must for this position.
Full Time position Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 3:30PM
Paid vacation after one year of employment
Probation Period 90 days
