We are at an incredibly exciting time in the life of Somadome where we are now scaling. Somadome is self-activation space that integrates color, light, sound and energy healing, and is a space to 'activate' your better self. We have domes in virtually every vertical from spas and resorts to fitness and professional athletics, to doctors' offices and hospitals, corporate wellness, retail, hotels, and schools, and lots of homes, across 18 countries!

To date, the company has been primarily a distributed team and has a very diverse group of contractors performing our needs from engineering to design to manufacturing to graphics, app development, website, account management, sales, and operations and tech support. We desperately need a rock start executive admin / lead to our general manager.

This person needs to be fiercely self-starting, capable of connecting the dots and seeing the bigger picture, not scared of getting in the weeds, able to self manage, very detail oriented, quick learner and fast worker, able to juggle multiple balls.

Must have:

- EXCELLENT grasp of written English and really good communication and writing skills

- strong grasp of Google Drive

- familiarity / ideally fluency with quickbooks

- ability to project manage / familiarity with systems like Monday

- ability to manage a CRM / spreadsheet

- familiarity with newsletter subscriber list / brevo / mailchimp

- basic social skills in IG and TikTok for following / posting (no need to create content)

- excellent people skills

- can issue purchase orders and invoices, do various administrative tasks

- good at research, customer service, can handle incredibly high intensity

- excellent ability to follow instruction but also think independently / not robotic

There's a LOT of work to do, and we are a small, motivated and tight team.

The company is at a very exciting growth stage and we are working to grow organically so we don't dilute control of the vision, which means upside chance in equity opportunity if you are in this to build the company and grow with us for the long-term, which is what we are looking for. We are also looking to offer bonuses that could easily bump you over $50,000 if we make our goals, which we'd want to set together.

We are hoping to build our team locally since mostly to date we've been distributed, and have come to the realization that SO much more is possible when we can have meaningful face time and invest in our relationships. We are building a family - a culture, a shared vision and mission.

Reconciling AMEX Statement Charges Monthly
