Answering the phone.

Setting up client-clinician phone meetings.

Calling clients to schedule, reschedule.

Responding to emails and voice messages.

Filing, faxing, scanning paperwork.

Ordering supplies.

Laundry, office cleaning.

Recording and documenting staff meetings.

Adhere to policies and procedures, confidentiality and recordkeeping.

Supporting positivity in the clinic and with each client.

Ideal candidate would be:

Have a professional, upbeat, positive attitude.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work with diverse group of clients.

Attention to detail.

Ability to perform internet search for products, processes.

Outcome oriented.

Be proficient in MS Office, Google Drive.

Love to learn. Will need to learn digital and non-digital systems.

Requirements:

Must be willing to wear a mask as situations arise.

Must be willing to maintain client privacy.

Be punctual and reliable.

Must be willing to undergo background check.

Potential for growing into a full time position.
