Dispatcher/Customer Service Rep
Job Description: This is a Temp to Hire opportunity for a growing Plumbing company. We are looking for an experienced Dispatcher with a friendly "Can Do" attitude. The selected candidate will perform a variety of duties including but not limited to: Answer and route calls dispatching operators and service technicians. Display professionalism and use tact on the telephone when talking to customers and other employees. Will also assist with general office duties including data entry, recordkeeping, correspondence, customer service and troubleshooting.
Position Requirements:
1 year of Dispatching experience
1 Years of A/R A/P and General Office Administration experience.
Must be proficient using Microsoft Office Word and Outlook
Excellent oral and written communication
Strong Customer Service and troubleshooting skills
M-F 6:30 to 3:30PM and occasional weekends
