Commercial HVAC Company looking for a Full Charge Bookkeeper Part-time Looking to hire Immediately. We are looking for someone that can Join our team and jump right into the position with little to no direction.
Qualifications and experience:
Certified Payroll - 3 years
Commercial Process Billing - min 4 years - must have extensive knowledge with Change Orders, Purchase Orders, RFIs
Able to Multi-task
AP/AR
Lien Releases & Mechanics Lien Laws
Chart of Accounts and Posting Transactions
Collections
Job Costing
401K Knowledge
Human Resources 3+ years
Pay Scale: DOE 35.00-45.00 per hour
Position is Part-Time
