JOB TITLE: Office administrator/assistant
Status: Part Time
Shift: Monday ā Friday 12 P.M. ā 4:30 P.M.
Key Responsibilities:
The primary focus is sales support /data entry while providing important office duties. Responsible for answering phones, entering customer purchase orders along with day-to-day operations of the company.
Answer telephone and direct calls
Enter data accurately with speed and competency
Must be able to work in an office setting with a discreet and professional manner
Filing and scanning documents
Organizing, and assembling marketing material
Sales support
Additional tasks as business needs change
QUALIFICATIONS:
Office skills: filing, data entry, answering phones, computer software skills, and other day-to-day
office operations

Excellent communication skills with a positive and happy phone/in-person demeanor
Detail-oriented and can work independently
Outstanding math, written and verbal skills
Ability to multi-task
Organized, systematic and friendly
