Hello! We are looking to hire a receptionist at our Smog Inspection Station in Roseville. We are looking for someone to run the front desk and handle basic customer interactions and point of sales services. No automotive experience is required. We will teach you everything you need to know about Smog Inspection Station operations. Having general automotive knowledge is a plus. Ultimately we want someone who presents themselves well, is friendly with customers, has a good attitude, and is a motivated worker. Looking to hire full time 9am-5pm. Part time positions will be considered as well.
The responsibilities of the job include:
Greeting Customers
Using a computer to write up estimates for a smog inspection
Communicating the service provided to the customers
Communicating with the smog technician on site
Using a point of sales system to process payments
Answering phone calls
Scheduling appointments
Keeping the office and shop clean and tidy.
