Responsibilities
Agents will work from home and list and sell homes in the Sacramento Valley and the foothills east of it. Agents will comply with company ethics standards and be prepared to be a producer and self motivated and some leads will be provided.
Qualifications
We are looking for experienced agents only at this time who possess a CA Real Estate License, either Sales person or Broker Associate.
Perks
Agents who join us will be kept busy through innovative systems and procedures we use, and they will have training in how to function in Broker Greg Nichols' marketing system which will assist the agent in taking listings. Our agents' goals are 3 to 4 transactions per month, and our firm is in the process of setting up a residual income hiring system at this time. We are versed in Social Network marketing, and other types of marketing, and how to effectively utilize them. Agents who join us should be prepared, at their own option, to do $100,000 a year, minimum. That will not be required, but is it achievable. This is straight commission sales, with a potential residual income also.
